We print and ship out of Camano Island, WA (about an hour North of Seattle, WA)

While we are not a retail location pick up from our warehouse can be arranged by appointment, contact us to schedule a pick up.

We start printing within one business day of your artwork approval. Print time may depend on quantity, generally orders of 200 pucks or less ship within 1-2 business days.

Do to the nature of custom we cannot accept returns. However, we do our best to get everything right if there is an error on our end contact us and we'll make it right.

We print using the latest UV print technology. We start by cleaning the pucks of any manufacturing residue, then apply a primer designed to work specifically with rubber to help the ink adhere, finally the ink is cured by UV light at the time of printing. This process makes for a very durable print. If your puck is for display purpose it will last without flaw but if you're using your pucks on ice, ice is very abrasive and can lead to scratches and wear. Hockey play is also very hard on pucks which can lead to scratches and chipped prints, the severity will depend on the level and length of play.
